Day by day we try to do our best so that you receive the best service, you deserve it! That is why we ask you to read the following information carefully.

Our Products

  • The Moccs are products recommended by pediatricians for crawling and the first steps because of its great flexibility allow free movement and proper development of the foot of your little one, besides protecting it. It’s like walking barefoot!
  • We only use clean and certified leather. We know that babies put everything in their mouths, and could even put the shoe in their mouths. Don’t worry, the leather we use is safe and toxic free, it won’t harm your baby’s health.
  • They are handmade and lovingly made by talented women, this is why sometimes the shoes can have millimeters of difference in measurements. Let you know that this difference will be almost imperceptible and will not affect your baby’s comfort.


  • We ship all over Europe.
  • The time we will take to ship your order will be a maximum of 4 days.
  • The delivery time within Spain can vary between 3 and 5 working days (for shipments to Peninsula).
  • The delivery time outside Spain can vary between 7 and 10 working days (these times are included for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notice informing you that it has been delivered to the carrier.
  • If the order is not received at the address indicated, the product will be returned to the warehouse from which it was shipped and you will be contacted by Puri to reschedule another time of shipment (at an extra cost).
  • If the order is not received or picked up after 1 month, it will be considered lost and no refund will be made.


  • We accept exchanges within 7 days from the moment you receive the product.
  • To accept the exchange we need the product to be delivered unused and in perfect condition.
  • We do not accept exchanges on products with promotional prices or personalized items (including changes in models such as shape and color that does not appear in our catalog or additions of soles in sizes that normally do not have them).
  • Si queréis intercambiar tu producto por alguno de mayor valor, podéis hacerlo pagando la diferencia de precio.
  • If you want to exchange your product for one of higher value, you can do so by paying the difference in price.
  • If you want to exchange your product for one of lesser value, you can do so and we will keep the balance for your next purchase
